In 2007 there are 65 public libraries participating in the Big Ticket Reading Project. More than 110,000 children will be reading books and earning great incentives during the summer months!

Kids will read an estimated 2 million books this summer. Summer reading has been proven to maintain critical academic skills during the summer months. That means everyone will be ready to go for school next fall!

Our objective in conducting the Big Ticket Reading Project is to encourage children to read by providing high quality corporate and non-profit sponsorship in support of our public libraries.
